Carrot Cake with Durinha Chocolate Icing (Blender)

Ingredients
- Pasta
3 medium carrots (270g)
1 cup of oil (200ml)
1 cup granulated sugar (180g)
3 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour (240g)
1 spoon of baking powder

5 tablespoons of chocolate powder or chocolate
5 spoons of crystal sugar
1 spoon of margarine
5 spoons of water
Directions
- Cake
- Cut 3 medium carrots (270g) into cubes
- In a blender, add half of them;
- Add 1 cup of oil (200ml);
- Add 1 cup of granulated sugar (180g);
- Add 3 eggs;
- Beat well;
- Gradually add the rest of the carrot (while beating);
- Beat for 2 minutes;
- Reserve;
- In a bowl, add 2 cups of wheat flour (240g);
- Add 1 spoon of baking powder;
- Mix;
- Add the blender mixture;
- mix well;
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet greased with butter and flour;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 45 minutes;
- Cut the cake;
- Cover
- In a pan, add 5 tablespoons of chocolate powder or chocolate;
- Add 5 tablespoons of granulated sugar;
- Add 1 tablespoon of margarine;
- Add 5 tablespoons of water;
- Mix well over medium heat until it boils and unglues from the bottom of the pan;
- Add the syrup over the cake;
