This cashew crusted salmon recipe is a healthy, flavorful, and easy-to-make meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (250 g each)

  • 30 g chopped cashews

  • Olive oil, for brushing and cooking

  • Salt, to taste

Directions

  • Brush the salmon fillets with a little olive oil and season with salt to taste.
  • Evenly coat the top of each fillet with the chopped cashews, pressing gently so they adhere to the fish.
  • Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat and place one fillet skin-side down.
  • Cook until the skin is golden and crispy. Turn the fillet onto one side and cook for 1 minute. Turn it onto the other side and cook for another 1 minute.
  • Once the salmon is evenly browned, remove it from the skillet and transfer it to a serving plate.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining fillet. Your cashew-crusted salmon is now ready to serve.
