Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated cassava

  • 2 cups of wheat flour

  • 2 cups of sugar

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 3/4 cup of oil

  • 1 glass of coconut milk

  • 3 eggs

  • 100g grated coconut

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Directions

  • In a blender, add 2 cups of grated cassava;
  • Add 2 cups of wheat flour;
  • Add 2 cups of sugar
  • Add 1 cup of milk;
  • Add 3/4 cup of oil;
  • Add 1 glass of coconut milk;
  • Add 3 eggs;
  • Add 100g of grated coconut;
  • Beat well;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder;
  • Mix;
  • Transfer to a greased and floured form;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 50 minutes;
