2 cups grated cassava
2 cups of wheat flour
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of milk
3/4 cup of oil
1 glass of coconut milk
3 eggs
100g grated coconut
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Directions
- In a blender, add 2 cups of grated cassava;
- Add 2 cups of wheat flour;
- Add 2 cups of sugar
- Add 1 cup of milk;
- Add 3/4 cup of oil;
- Add 1 glass of coconut milk;
- Add 3 eggs;
- Add 100g of grated coconut;
- Beat well;
- Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder;
- Mix;
- Transfer to a greased and floured form;
