This cassava soup is irresistibly creamy and flavorful!
500 grams of cassava
5 pieces of Tuscan sausage
3 minced garlic cloves
2 cups kale (chopped)
2 tablespoons of pork lard
1 broth and 1/2 of vegetables
1 piece of chopped white onion
1 piece chili pepper, chopped without seeds
salt to taste
- Cut the peeled cassava and place in a pressure cooker with water until it covers the vegetable broth.
Cook for 25 minutes after getting pressure.
Take the pressure off the pan, wait for it to cool down a little and transfer to the blender.
Beat well and set aside.
- Add the lard in a pan and fry the sausages.
Remove and cut into slices.
In the same pan, sauté the chopped onion, garlic and chili pepper.
- Pour the manioc broth and the sliced sausages.
Add the chopped cabbage, salt to taste, mix well and the cassava broth is ready to serve.
