Ingredients
2 units of cauliflower cooked in water and salt
1/2 onion grated
2 cloves of grated garlic
1 pinch of nutmeg
2 heaping tablespoons of butter
300 ml of milk
2 tablespoons of wheat
250 ml of sour cream
3 full spoons of cottage cheese
150 grams of mozzarella cheese
50 grams of Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cauliflower
- Add 2 units of cooked cauliflower in a pan on the fire with water and salt;
- Let it cook until it reaches the point (fork goes in easily);
- Transfer the cauliflower to a container and set aside;
- White sauce
- In a pan on the fire, add 1/2 grated onion;
- Add 2 cloves of grated garlic;
- Add 1 pinch of nutmeg;
- Add 2 heaping tablespoons of butter;
- Let it fry;
- Add 300 ml of milk;
- Add 2 tablespoons of wheat;
- Let it thicken;
- Add 250 ml of sour cream;
- Mix;
- Add 3 very full spoons of curd;
- Mix;
- Transfer half of the white sauce onto a serving platter;
- Add the cauliflower;
- Add the rest of the white sauce;
- Add 150 grams of mozzarella cheese;
- Add 50 grams of Parmesan cheese;
- Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes;
