Ingredients

3 cups (tea) of chicken cooking water 630 ml (or… if you don’t have 3 cups of chicken cooking water, top up with water)
1 and 1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 and 1/2 level teaspoon of paprika or half the amount of annatto
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 tablespoon of oil or olive oil (8 ml)
2 and 1/4 cup (tea) of unleavened wheat flour 340 grams
1 teaspoon oil for greasing the countertop
- Filling
380 grams of frozen chicken breast fillet (after cooking it becomes 280 grams)
2 liters of water to cook in a regular pot or 1 and 1/2 liters of water to cook in a pressure cooker
1 and 1/2 tablespoon of oil or olive oil
1/2 cup onion (grated or crushed)
1/2 tablespoon (soup) grated or crushed garlic
1/4 cup (tea) tomato extract or paprika or annatto to color the filling you want
280 grams of already shredded chicken breast or 2 cups (tea) of already shredded chicken breast
1 and 1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1 and 1/2 tablespoon minced parsley
1 and 1/2 tablespoon chopped chives

Directions
- Cook 380 grams of frozen chicken breast fillet in a pan with 2 liters of water for 30 to 40 minutes;
- Shred the chicken;
- In a pan, add 3 cups of water from the cooking of the chicken;
- Add 1 ½ teaspoons of salt;
- Add 1 and a half teaspoons of paprika;
- Add 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper;
- Add half a tablespoon of oil;
- Mix;
- Take it to the fire and let it boil;
- Take it out of the fire;
- Add 2 and 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour;
- Mix well;
- Spread it on the bottom of the pan and turn the heat on high for 1 minute;
- Mix and spread again;
- Repeat these steps until cooked for 6 minutes;
- Spread oil on the countertop and roll out the dough to cool;
- Model and place the dough inside a bag;
- In a pan, add 1 and a half tablespoons of oil;
- Add half a cup of grated onion;
- Let it brown;
- Add half a tablespoon of grated garlic;
- Add 1/4 cup of tomato paste;
- Fry for 2 minutes;
- Add the shredded chicken;
- Mix;
- Add 1 ½ teaspoons of salt;
- Add 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper;
- Add 1 and a half tablespoon of parsley;
- Add 1 and a half tablespoons of chives;
- Mix;
- Model the drumsticks and add the stuffing;
- In a bowl, add 1/4 cup of water;
- Add half a tablespoon of cornstarch;
- Mix and microwave for 30 seconds;
- Mix and microwave for another 30 seconds;
- Spread this mixture on the drumsticks;
- Dip them in breadcrumbs;
- Fry in a pan with hot oil;
- Your chicken drumstick is ready!
