Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 2 medium onions

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 1 small green pepper

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice (to taste)

  • salt

  • Chicken breast (1kg)

  • 6 tablespoons of butter or margarine

  • 6 tablespoons of wheat flour

  • 1 and ½ of whole milk

  • Grated Parmesan cheese (50g)

  • Lasagna Pasta (200g)

  • Mozzarella cheese (400g)

  • Ham (400g)

  • 2 tablespoons cilantro or parsley

Directions

  • Filling
  • In a pan over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • Add 2 medium chopped onions;
  • Let it brown;
  • Add 3 crushed garlic cloves;
  • Mix;
  • Add 1 small green pepper cut into cubes;
  • Saute for 2 minutes;
  • Add 1 tsp paprika;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika;
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (to taste);
  • Add 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • Mix;
  • Add cooked and shredded chicken breast (1kg);
  • Mix;
  • Add 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander;
  • Saute for 2 minutes;
  • Reserve;
  • Sauce
  • In a pan on the fire, add 6 tablespoons of butter or margarine;
  • Let it melt;
  • Add 6 tablespoons of wheat flour;
  • Mix non-stop for 5 minutes;
  • Add 1 and ½ of whole milk;
  • Mix;
  • Add salt and pepper to taste;
  • Stir well until you “smear” the back of a spoon with the sauce, run your finger over it and the “path” formed does not come apart. 
    This is the sauce point;
  • Add grated Parmesan cheese (50g);
  • Turn off the heat and mix until all the cheese melts;
  • Mounting
  • Add 1 layer of sauce to the bottom of the refractory;
  • Add 1 layer of dough;
  • Add 1 more layer of sauce;
  • Add 1 layer of chicken stuffing;
  • Add 1 layer of ham;
  • Add 1 layer of cheese;
  • Repeat the process until you run out of ingredients;
  • Finish with a layer of cheese;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 25 minutes;
