The texture and flavor of this chocolate brigadeirão are amazing!

Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk (395 grams)

  • 1 can of cream (200 grams)

  • 1 cup (tea) of chocolate powder (or 1 and 1/2 of chocolate without using sugar)

  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 4 tablespoons of sugar

  • Sprinkles for confectionery

Directions

  • Place the eggs, cream, condensed milk, butter or margarine, sugar and powdered chocolate in the blender (if using chocolate, do not add sugar).
  • Cover, beat for 1 minute and transfer the homogeneous mixture to a greased mold with butter or margarine and sprinkled with sugar.
  • Cover the dessert with aluminum foil facing with the shiny part inwards, then place it inside a larger mold filled halfway with water.
  • Place the dessert in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake in a bain-marie for approximately an hour and a half.
  • Wait for the dessert to cool at room temperature and turn it out onto a plate or platter.
  • Finish by sprinkling sprinkles on top, leave it in the fridge for at least 6 hours and the chocolate brigadeirão is ready.
