With this chocolate cookies recipe, taste and practicality are guaranteed!
2 beaten eggs
50 grams milk chocolate, chopped or in drops
50 grams semisweet chocolate, chopped or drops
60 grams of 50% chocolate powder (approx. 4 tablespoons)
100g unsalted butter (1/2 stick)
180 grams of all-purpose flour (approx. 1 1/3 cup)
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup (tea) sugar + 2 tablespoons (220 grams)
1 cup chocolate chips or chopped semisweet chocolate
1 level teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda or baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Chocolate chips put on top before baking
- In a container, place the semisweet chocolate and milk chocolate, chopped or in drops, add the butter and melt every 30 seconds in the microwave or in a water bath.
Place the beaten eggs, sugar, vanilla in a separate bowl and mix until uniform.
- Add the sifted wheat flour and chocolate powder, baking soda or baking powder and salt.
Mix slowly, add the cup of chocolate chips or chopped chocolate and stir some more.
Cover with plastic wrap and leave for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
- Shape the cookie dough into small balls, place a few drops of chocolate on top and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 15 to 18 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
- Carefully remove the baking sheet with the cookies from the oven, let them cool to room temperature and the chocolate cookies are ready to serve.
