This chocolate flan is the perfect combination of creaminess and flavor.

Ingredients

  • 400 ml milk

  • 1 carton heavy cream (200 g)

  • 1 carton sweetened condensed milk (395 g)

  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin (12 g)

  • 1/2 cup 50% cocoa powder

  • 5 tablespoons water at room temperature

  • Chocolate sprinkles to taste, for garnish

Directions

  • Mix the gelatin with the water and let it hydrate for 5 minutes. Heat it briefly in the microwave or in a saucepan until dissolved.
  • Place the condensed milk, heavy cream, milk, cocoa powder, and dissolved gelatin into a blender. Blend for 2 minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into a serving dish of your choice and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Once the flan has set, sprinkle chocolate sprinkles over the top to taste, and it is ready to serve.
