To make this delicious classic apple pie, use the necessary ingredients and follow the step-by-step instructions.

Ingredients

  • Pasta
  • 2 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (300g)

  • 1 pinch salt

  • Sugar 2 tablespoons (30g)

  • Butter 7 tbsp (140g)

  • 1/2 box sour cream (100g)

  • Filling
  • Apple 5 units (+or -750g)

  • lemon 1 unit

  • Sugar 1 cup (180g)

  • Cinnamon powder 2 teaspoons

  • nutmeg to taste

  • 1/2 cup (60g) wheat flour

  • Decoration
  • Gem 1 unit

  • Water 1 teaspoon (5 mL)

  • Crystal sugar 1 tablespoon (15g)

Directions

  • Pasta
  • In a bowl, add 2 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (300g);
  • Add Salt 1 pinch;
  • Add Sugar 2 tablespoons (30g);
  • Mix;
  • Add Butter 7 tbsp (140g)
  • Mix and knead;
  • Add 1/2 box milk cream (100g);
  • Mix;
  • Reserve 1/3 of the dough in the fridge;
  • Roll out the other 2/3 of the dough on a floured parchment paper;
  • Add the dough in a refractory and take it to the fridge for 30 minutes;
  • Filling
  • Cut the apples into slices;
  • Add the juice of 1 lemon;
  • Mix;
  • Add Sugar 1 cup (180g);
  • Add Cinnamon powder 2 tsp;
  • Add nutmeg to taste;
  • Mix;
  • Add 1/2 cup (60g) Wheat Flour;
  • Mix well;
  • Mounting
  • Add the filling to the pie;
  • Open the remaining dough and cover (squeezing on the sides);
  • Decoration
  • Mix Yolk 1 unit with Water 1 teaspoon (5 mL);
  • Brush over the dough;
  • Add 1 tbsp granulated sugar (15g);
  • Make cuts for the steam to come out;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 1 hour;
