In addition to its special flavor, this cod salad is super colorful!


  • 600 grams of cod

  • 150 grams of green olives

  • 4 crushed garlic cloves

  • 3 boiled potatoes

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 onion

  • 1 green pepper

  • 1 yellow pepper

  • 1 red pepper

  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

  • Olive oil

  • Black olives

  • Juice of 2 lemons

  • Chopped green smell

  • Pepperoni pepper

  • Black pepper

  • Cut the peppers into strips and set aside. 
    Preheat a skillet with olive oil to taste, add the crushed garlic cloves and brown. 
    Add the paprika and mix, then add the peppers in strips, the onion cut into slices and sauté until wilted, stirring well.
  • Add salt to taste, mix well and set aside. 
    In a separate container, place the chopped boiled potatoes and add the sautéed vegetables. 
    Add the desalted, cooked and shredded cod, the chopped green olives, the black pepper, the pepperoni pepper, the chopped parsley, and the lemon juice. 
    Mix the ingredients well.
  • Transfer to a refractory and decorate with the boiled eggs cut into slices and the black olives. 
    Leave it in the fridge for a few hours before serving if you prefer and the cod salad is ready.
