Condensed milk pudding is the kind of dessert that no one can resist!

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 can measure of whole milk

  • 1 cup of sugar (for the syrup)

Directions

  • Add the sugar in a pudding mold and place over low heat.
Stir slowly when the sugar starts to melt and cook until a caramelized syrup forms.
Spread well along the sides of the shape and book.
  • In the blender place the eggs, condensed milk and whole milk.
Beat for a few minutes, until the mixture is uniform (beat a lot until foam forms if you want the pudding with holes) and pour it into the mold with the syrup.
  • Fully cover the pudding tin with aluminum foil, shiny side inwards.
Place the mold inside a larger roasting pan with hot water and place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ to bake for about 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and wait for the pudding to cool at room temperature.
Run a knife around the sides of the mold and turn the pudding out onto a plate or platter.
Leave for a few hours before serving and the condensed milk pudding is ready to eat.
