Ingredients
3 eggs
150 ml of oil
300 ml of milk
1 and a half cups of 200 ml of sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 cups of 200 ml of corn flakes
1 cup of 200 ml of wheat flour
1 pack of 100 grams of grated coconut or 50 grams of grated cheese and 50 grams of grated coconut
1 full spoon of baking powder
Directions
- In a blender, add 3 eggs;
- Add 150 ml of oil;
- Add 300 ml of milk;
- Add 1 and a half cups of 200 ml of sugar;
- Add 1 pinch of salt;
- Add 2 cups of 200 ml of corn flakes;
- Add 1 cup to 200 ml of wheat flour;
- Beat well;
- Add 1 pack of 100 grams of grated coconut or 50 grams of grated cheese and 50 grams of grated coconut;
- Beat a little;
- Add 1 full spoon of baking powder;
- Beat a little;
- Transfer the mixture to a greased shape with oil and crystal sugar;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
