Ingredients
2 cup all-purpose flour (280g)
2 cup cornmeal (280g)
1 cup of sugar (200g)
1 tablespoon of baking powder
2 tablespoons of butter
3 eggs (140g)
1 pinch of salt
½ teaspoon of fennel (to taste)
Directions
- In a bowl, add 2 cup of all-purpose flour (280g);
- Add 2 cup cornmeal (280g);
- Add 1 cup of sugar (200g);
- Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder;
- Add 1 pinch of salt;
- Mix;
- Add ½ of fennel tea (to taste);
- Mix;
- Make a space in the middle and add 3 eggs;
- Add 2 tablespoons of butter;
- Mix well (add water little by little to get a point);
- In a greased and infarinhada shape, add the breads;
- You can add guava on top (optional);
- Brush beaten yolk;
- Add a little granulated sugar;
