Ingredients
3 eggs
2 cups of sugar (tea)
2 teaspoons chemical yeast
1 cup wheat flour (tea)
1 cup cornmeal (tea)
1 cup of milk (tea)
3/4 cup oil (tea)
Cinnamon powder to taste
Sugar for sprinkling
Directions
- Add the eggs, oil, milk, cornmeal, sugar to the blender and beat well.Â
Add the wheat flour, baking soda and beat quickly just to mix. - Pour the dough into a greased and floured baking pan.Â
Then place in a preheated oven at 200º₢ and bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes. - Wait for the cornmeal cake to cool at room temperature and sprinkle cinnamon powder and sugar to taste on top.Â
