With this blender cornmeal cake your day will be lighter and yummy!
600 ml of milk
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
1 tablespoon of baking powder
2 cups of cornmeal
2 cups of flour (wheat)
2 cups (tea) of sugar
- In a blender place the eggs, milk, oil, cornmeal, wheat flour, sugar and beat for a few minutes.
Add the baking powder and mix with a spoon or whisk until the dough is homogenized.
- Grease a baking sheet with butter and flour, pour the dough into it and bake for approximately 45 minutes in the oven preheated to 180º₢.
- Carefully remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature.
Unmold the cornmeal cake with the help of a knife if necessary and the cake is ready to serve.
