Ingredients

  • Meat cooking
  • Meat to shred 1 kg (Peixinho, shoulder, chuck, soft top)

  • 1 piece chopped onion

  • 5 cloves crushed garlic

  • Salt 1 tablespoon (15g)

  • Filtered water

  • Braised beef
  • 1 piece chopped onion

  • 3 pieces chopped seedless tomato

  • Leek in slices 1 unit

  • Chopped parsley 4 tablespoons (20g)

  • Meat cooking broth

  • Spicy paprika 1 tsp

  • salt

  • Black pepper

  • Oil 2 tablespoons (26 mL)

Directions

  • Meat cooking
  • In a pressure cooker, add meat to shred 1 kg (Peixinho, palette, chuck steak, soft coxão);
  • Add chopped onion 1 unit;
  • Add crushed garlic 5 cloves;
  • Add Salt 1 tbsp (15g);
  • Add filtered water;
  • Leave under pressure for 45 minutes on low heat;
  • Transfer the meat to a container and reserve the broth;
  • Shred the meat with 2 forks;
  • Braised beef
  • In a pan, add 2 tbsp Oil (26 mL);
  • Add chopped onion 1 unit;
  • Let the onion become transparent;
  • Add leek in slices 1 unit;
  • Add chopped seedless tomato 3 units;
  • Mix;
  • Add 3 ladles of broth from the meat cooking and let the tomato fall apart;
  • Add the shredded meat;
  • Add 1 tsp hot paprika;
  • Add salt;
  • Add black pepper;
  • Mix;
  • Add the rest of the cooking broth;
  • Turn off the fire;
  • Add the chopped parsley;
  • Mix;
