Ingredients

  • 4 eggs

  • 1/2 cup of butter (100 grams)

  • 1 can of canned corn without the water 170 grams

  • 2 cups of sugar (370 grams)

  • 4 cups (tea) of milk 840 ml

  • 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese

  • 3/4 cup (tea) of wheat flour 105 grams

  • 1 cup (tea) of cornmeal mimoso or fine cornmeal 145 grams

  • 1 level tablespoon of baking powder 14 grams

Directions

  • In a blender, add 4 eggs;
  • Add 1/2 cup (tea) of butter 100 grams;
  • Add 1 can of canned corn without the water 170 grams;
  • Add 2 cups (tea) of sugar 370 grams;
  • Add 4 cups (tea) of milk 840 ml;
  • Beat well for 5 minutes;
  • Transfer to a bowl;
  • Add 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese;
  • Add 3/4 cup (tea) of wheat flour 105 grams;
  • Add 1 cup (tea) of mimoso cornmeal or fine cornmeal 145 grams;
  • Add 1 level tablespoon of baking powder 14 grams;
  • Mix and beat well;
  • Transfer to a baking sheet greased with butter/margarine/oil and flour/cornmeal;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes;
