Ingredients

  • 100 grams of grated coconut

  • 1 bottle of 200 ml of coconut milk

  • 1 box of sour cream

  • 1 box of condensed milk

  • 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine

Directions

  • In a pan add the condensed milk, the cream, the butter or margarine, the coconut milk and the grated coconut. 
    Bring to a low heat and stir constantly until the mixture thickens and easily pulls away from the bottom of the pan.
  • After getting the point, turn off the fire and transfer the candy to a platter or molds of your choice. 
    Let it cool at room temperature or leave it in the fridge for at least 1 hour if you prefer and the creamy cocada is ready.
