Practical and tasty creamy pasta is ideal for those who want ease without giving up flavor!

  • 200 grams of grated cheese

  • 5 cloves of garlic

  • 2 pieces of Calabrian sausage

  • 1 package of pasta

  • 1 large chopped onion

  • 1 box of cream

  • 1 sachet of tomato sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar to remove the acidity of the sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Sazón meat-flavored seasoning (optional)

  • 1 strand of oil

  • Salt to taste

  • Remove the skin from the sausage, cut the segment into slices and place in a pressure cooker with a drizzle of oil.
    Fry uncovered, stirring occasionally.
Add a little salt, then the crushed garlic and chopped onion.
Saute stirring constantly for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Add tomato sauce, meat flavor seasoning (optional) and sugar.
Mix well and add the raw pasta.
Mix again and add water until the noodles are completely covered.
  • Cover the pan and when it starts to squeak, count 3 minutes and turn off the heat (if time passes, wait for the pan to lose pressure before opening the lid).
Add the cream and grated cheese to taste, mix and the creamy macaroni is ready.
