Creamy Passion Fruit Mousse

Ingredients
- Mousse
1 packet of unflavored gelatin (12g)
400ml passion fruit juice (pulp only)
2 cans of condensed milk
2 box of sour cream
- Syrup
pulp of 2 passion fruit
5 spoons of sugar
1/2 cup of water
Directions
- Syrup
- In a pan, add 2 passion fruit pulps;
- Add 5 tablespoons of sugar;
- Add half a cup of water;
- Mix and bring to a boil;
- Turn off as soon as it starts to thicken;
- Mousse
- Hydrate the gelatin with 5 tablespoons of water;
- In a blender, add 400ml of passion fruit juice (only the pulp);
- Add 2 cans of condensed milk;
- Add 2 cans of cream;
- Beat well;
- Take the hydrated gelatin to the microwave for 20 seconds and add to the blender while mixing;
- Transfer to a platter;
- Place in the fridge for 1 or 2 hours;
- Add the passion fruit syrup;
- Your passion fruit mousse is ready!
