Creamy Sweet Rice
Creamy rice pudding is the kind of dessert that pleases the palate of children and adults alike!
1/2 box of sour cream
1 cup of rice (250 ml)
1 box of condensed milk
3 mugs of milk
3 mugs of water
Cinnamon powder to taste
- Put the washed rice in a pan, add the 3 mugs of water and mix.
Bring to a boil, but do not let the rice dry out too much.
Gently stir with a fork to loosen the grains.
- Add the milk, condensed milk and stir constantly while cooking until the liquid reduces and the rice is cooked to the desired point.
- Add the cream and cook for a few more minutes, always stirring well.
Add cinnamon powder, mix to homogenize and take the dessert to the fridge.
Serve the creamy rice pudding chilled.
