This crepioca recipe is a delicious option for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of tapioca dough

  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 whole egg

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • oregano to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Spicy paprika to taste (optional)

Directions

  • In a bowl, add the egg, tapioca, grated Parmesan cheese, a pinch of salt, black pepper, oregano and spicy paprika to taste and optional. 
    Stir very well to homogenize the mixture.
  • Spread a drizzle of oil in a preheated skillet. 
    Pour the batter and let it brown on one side. 
    Flip and brown the other side too. 
    Remove from the skillet and the crepioca dough is ready to eat.
