Making a delicious curau at home is easier than many people think!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of corn

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of water

  • 1 box of cream (200 grams)

  • 1 box of condensed milk (395 grams)

Directions

  • In a blender place the drained corn, condensed milk, cream and water. 
    Cover and beat for a few minutes. 
    Pass the creamy mixture through a sieve and discard the bagasse if you prefer, or put it directly in a pan without straining if you prefer.
  • Cook the mixture over high heat and stir constantly for a few minutes, until it is very creamy and consistent. 
    When boiling, cook for another 5 minutes, turn off the heat and transfer the cream to a refractory or pots.
  • Take the corn curau to the fridge for a few hours if you prefer, or serve it warm. 
    Finish sprinkling powdered cinnamon on top and the recipe is ready to eat.
