Ingredients
2 cans of corn
1/2 cup (tea) of water
1 box of cream (200 grams)
1 box of condensed milk (395 grams)
Directions
- In a blender place the drained corn, condensed milk, cream and water.
Cover and beat for a few minutes.
Pass the creamy mixture through a sieve and discard the bagasse if you prefer, or put it directly in a pan without straining if you prefer. - Cook the mixture over high heat and stir constantly for a few minutes, until it is very creamy and consistent.
When boiling, cook for another 5 minutes, turn off the heat and transfer the cream to a refractory or pots. - Take the corn curau to the fridge for a few hours if you prefer, or serve it warm.
Finish sprinkling powdered cinnamon on top and the recipe is ready to eat.
