Ingredients
4 eggs
2 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
1 cup (tea) warm milk
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
Directions
- In a blender place the eggs, milk, oil, sugar and vanilla essence.
Cover and beat for a few minutes.
Gradually add the flour while beating the ingredients, then add the yeast and beat a little more to mix.
- Transfer the smooth and homogeneous dough to a baking sheet greased with margarine and wheat flour.
Preheat the oven to 180º₢ and let the cake bake for approximately 35 to 40 minutes. - Remove the plain cake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
Cut the pieces as you like and the recipe is ready.
