This delicacy is to make us repeat the piece!

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of milk

  • 1 can condensed milk (395 grams)

  • 1 cup cornstarch (110 grams)

  • 200 grams of sour cream

  • 200 ml of coconut milk

  • Oil or butter for greasing

  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • 1 star anise

  • 2 to 3 carnations

  • 500 ml of water

  • 150 grams of pitted dried black plums

Directions

  • In a vase add the corn starch, milk and mix well. 
    Add condensed milk, coconut milk, cream, milk and stir well. 
    Add the cornstarch and milk mixture, bring to a boil and stir constantly.
  • Lower the heat when the mixture begins to thicken and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly. 
    Wait for the mixture to cool down and transfer to a pudding form greased with oil or butter. 
    Cover and leave the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  • To make the syrup, place the water, sugar, cinnamon, star anise and cloves in a clean pan. 
    Add the pitted prunes, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. 
    Book and wait for the syrup to cool down.
  • Unmold the delicacy onto a platter or plate, finish by placing the syrup with the prunes on top of the dessert and the delicacy is ready to serve.Delicacy
