  • 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper

  • 2 liquefied ripe tomatoes or 270 grams

  • 1/2 cup (tea) tomato paste

  • 1 cup (tea) of water

  • 2 tablespoons of minced parsley

  • 1 liter and a half of water

  • 250 grams of macaroni or other pasta of your choice

  • 1 tablespoon (soup) salt

  • 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese

  • 140 grams of sliced ​​or grated mozzarella cheese

Directions

  • In a pan, add 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of oil;
  • Add 250 grams of ground beef (I used chuck);
  • Saute a little;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of grated garlic;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of green pepper;
  • Add 1/4 cup (tea) of grated onion;
  • Mix and let it cool;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • Add 2 teaspoons of oregano;
  • Add 1/4 teaspoon of sugar;
  • Add 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper;
  • Mix;
  • Add 2 ripe tomatoes beaten in a blender or 270 grams;
  • Add 1/2 cup (tea) of tomato paste;
  • Add 1 cup (tea) of water;
  • Add 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley;
  • Mix and cook for 5 minutes;
  • In a pan, add 1 liter and a half of water;
  • Add half a tablespoon of salt;
  • Add 250 grams of screw noodles or other pasta of your choice;
  • Let it cook;
  • In a refractory, add a little of the sauce;
  • Add half of the noodles;
  • Add white sauce (béchamel) (optional);
  • Add red sauce;
  • Add noodles;
  • Add 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese;
  • Add red sauce;
  • Add mozzarella cheese;
