To make your delicious dulce de leche roll, you will use these ingredients listed below. 
Following the step-by-step preparation method everything will be perfect!


  • eggs 5 units

  • 45 ml of Water (3 tablespoons)

  • 90 g sifted sugar (1/2 cup)

  • 26 ml of oil (2 tablespoons)

  • 15 ml vanilla essence (1 tablespoon)

  • 60 g all-purpose flour (1/2 cup)

  • 15 g of chemical yeast (1 tablespoon)

  • Icing sugar (for sifting on top)

  • 400 g of dulce de leche


  • In a mixer, add eggs 5 units;
  • Add 45 mL of Water (3 tablespoons);
  • Beat on medium/high speed for 5 minutes;
  • Add 90 g of sifted sugar (1/2 cup) little by little while beating;
  • Turn off the mixer;
  • Add 26 ml of oil (2 tablespoons);
  • Add 15 ml of vanilla essence (1 tablespoon);
  • Hit the hands with a fue;
  • Add 60 g of wheat flour (1/2 cup);
  • Add 15 g of chemical yeast (1 tablespoon);
  • Mix;
  • Grease a baking sheet with a little butter;
  • Add a parchment paper;
  • Add the dough;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 12 minutes;
  • Let cool for 3 minutes outside the oven;
  • Loosen the sides with a spatula;
  • Sift Confectioner’s sugar (to sift over the top);
  • Add 1 parchment paper on top;
  • With the help of another form or grid, turn the dough;
  • Release the dough from the parchment paper;
  • Add the dulce de leche in the dough (leave one side with a space of 2 fingers without filling);
  • Roll up the roulade (watch the video for more details);
  • Add icing sugar on top;
