Paramount Pictures took the stage of the CinemaCon 2023 on Thursday, April 27, using the occasion to release promotional material about his most high-profile projects.
One of them is the historical mystery thriller Killers of the Flower Moon of Martin Scorsesewhich marks the latest collaboration between Scorsese, Leonardo DiCaprio y Robert De Niro. And it is precisely a first look at DiCaprio and De Niro the one offered by Paramount at CinemaCon, the one you can find at the end of the note.

The project is a film Apple Original what will be distributed theatrically by Paramount low limited release from October 6, 2023 and wide release on October 20prior to his debut in the global market through the streaming platform Apple TV+ at a later date.
The rest of the cast is made up of Brendan Fraser, Lily Gladstone, Jesse Plemons, Cara Jade Myers, JaNae Collins, Jillian Dion, Tantoo Cardinal.
The Apple Original film is based on the bestselling novel of the same name written by David Grann, whose plot –based on true facts– is set in the 1920s, and tells how a series of murders of Native American tribesmen of the Osage Nation in Oklahoma, over oil, emerged as one of the first major homicide investigations of the newly created FBI.
“In the 1920s in Oklahoma, the Osage Nation were the richest people per capita in the world, after oil was discovered under their land. And then they were killed, one by one. As the body count mounted, the newly formed FBI took up the case, unraveling a chilling conspiracy and one of the most monstrous crimes in American history.
The script was written by the Oscar winner, Eric Roth (Forrest Gump, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, A Star is Born, Dune).
It was recently revealed that the feature film will last almost 4 hours. The longest-running films in Scorsese’s filmography are: The Irishman (209 minutes), The Wolf of Wall Street (180 minutes), and Casino (178 minutes).
We also remind you that on Saturday, May 20, 2023, the mystery thriller will celebrate its world premiere on the stage of the Cannes Film Festival, at the Grand Théâtre Lumière, as part of the Official Selection of the festival, although it has not been clarified if It will be in competition or out of it.
Scorsese and DiCaprio are producing the feature, along with Dan Friedkin and Bradley Thomas of Imperative Entertainment, Emma Tillinger Koskoff of Sikelia Productions, and Appian Way Productions.
