Try to taste this fit cheese bread with a black coffee for your experience to be even more delicious!


  • 1/2 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) tapioca

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon chia (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese

  • 3 tablespoons of ricotta

  • Salt to taste (optional)


  • In a bowl, mix the tapioca, ricotta, cottage cheese, olive oil, chia, grated Parmesan cheese and salt to taste (optional) until you form a consistent, smooth and uniform dough.
  • Using a spoon, take small portions of the dough, shape the buns with sanitized hands and arrange them side-by-side on a preferably greased baking sheet.
  • Preheat the oven to 200º₢ and bake the fit cheese buns for approximately 25 minutes, or as soon as they are lightly browned on the outside.
  • Wait for the cheese buns to cool a little before removing them from the pan and they are ready to serve.
