Ingredients
1 egg
1 banana
1 teaspoon of baking powder
2 tablespoons of oat flour
Cinnamon powder to taste
Coconut oil for greasing
Peanut butter for topping (optional)
Directions
- Beat the egg in a container and add the mashed banana, cinnamon powder to taste and the oatmeal.Â
Mix well and transfer the dough to a mug greased with coconut oil. - Microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.Â
Allow to cool slightly at room temperature and unmold onto a plate. - Cover the cupcake with peanut butter to taste (optional), sprinkle some cinnamon powder on top and the fit mug cake is ready to be consumed.
