Fit Mug Cake
Practical, light and tasty, this fit mug cake will make your mouth water!
1 teaspoon of baking powder
2 tablespoons of oat flour
Cinnamon powder to taste
Coconut oil for greasing
Peanut butter for topping (optional)
- Beat the egg in a container and add the mashed banana, cinnamon powder to taste and the oatmeal.
Mix well and transfer the dough to a mug greased with coconut oil.
- Microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Allow to cool slightly at room temperature and unmold onto a plate.
- Cover the cupcake with peanut butter to taste (optional), sprinkle some cinnamon powder on top and the fit mug cake is ready to be consumed.
