Fluffy Orange Cake

minutesFor your orange cake to be very moist and fluffy, use the ingredients from the list below and follow the instructions for preparation.
Ingredients
- Pasta
Pear oranges without skin and seeds 2 pieces
egg 3 units
1 and 1/2 cup sugar (240g)
Oil 1/2 cup (120 mL)
Wheat Flour 2 cups (240g)
Chemical yeast 1 tbsp (15g)
- Syrup
Orange juice 1 cup (240 mL)
Sugar 1/2 cup (90g)
Directions
- Pasta
- In a blender, add 3 eggs;
- Add 1/2 cup (120 mL) Oil;
- Add Pear Oranges without skin and seeds 2 units;
- Add 1 and 1/2 cup Sugar (240g);
- Beat for 2 minutes, until all orange is gone;
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl;
- Gradually add 2 cups (240g) all-purpose flour while mixing;
- Add 1 tbsp Chemical Yeast (15g) and mix;
- Transfer the dough to a greased and floured form;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
- Syrup
- In a pot over the heat, add 1 cup (240 mL) orange juice;
- Add 1/2 cup (90g) Sugar;
- Always mix;
- Mix for 3 minutes after it starts to boil;
- Add the syrup to the cake;
- Your orange cake is ready!
