Fried tofu is very easy to make and requires only a few ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 100 g sliced tofu

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Chopped green onions (scallions), to taste

Directions

  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the tofu slices. Fry over low heat until golden brown. Turn the slices over and cook until the other side is golden brown as well.
  • In a small bowl, mix the sesame oil, soy sauce, and chopped green onions to taste.
  • Serve the tofu slices with the soy sauce mixture. Your fried tofu is now ready to enjoy!
