minutesFried tofu is very easy to make and requires only a few ingredients.
Ingredients
100 g sliced tofu
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon olive oil
Chopped green onions (scallions), to taste
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the tofu slices. Fry over low heat until golden brown. Turn the slices over and cook until the other side is golden brown as well.

- In a small bowl, mix the sesame oil, soy sauce, and chopped green onions to taste.
- Serve the tofu slices with the soy sauce mixture. Your fried tofu is now ready to enjoy!
