Ingredients
6-8 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
Juice of half a lemon (optional)
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Chopped parsley (optional)

- Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.
- In a small skillet, heat the oil over low heat.
- Add minced garlic to skillet and cook gently, stirring occasionally, until garlic is golden brown.Â
