Here is a simple and easy recipe to make your own garlic sauce, see:

Ingredients

  • 6-8 cloves of garlic

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • Juice of half a lemon (optional)

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Directions

  • Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.
  • In a small skillet, heat the oil over low heat.
  • Add minced garlic to skillet and cook gently, stirring occasionally, until garlic is golden brown. 
    Make sure not to burn the garlic as this can leave a bitter aftertaste in the sauce.
  • Remove the skillet from the heat and let the olive oil with garlic cool slightly.
  • If using, add lemon juice to garlic oil and mix well.
  • Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste. 
    You can also add chopped parsley to give the sauce a touch of freshness.
  • Transfer the garlic sauce to a glass container with an airtight lid and store in the refrigerator.
  • Let the sauce rest in the fridge for a few hours before using it. 
    This allows the flavors to blend together and the sauce tastes better.
  • Serve the garlic sauce as an accompaniment to breads, grilled meats, seafood or use it to flavor salads.
