Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon honey (or sugar)

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1–2 teaspoons water (to adjust consistency)

  • Optional: 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Directions

  • In a small bowl, add the gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey.
  • Mix well until smooth and fully combined.
  • Stir in sesame oil and minced garlic.
  • Add water gradually until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity if needed.
