Granulated Tapioca Cake
Separate the ingredients and prepare this granulated tapioca cake today!
600 ml of coconut milk
400 grams of condensed milk
250 grams of granulated tapioca
100 grams of grated coconut
1 cup (tea) of sugar
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
- In a container, place the granulated tapioca and coconut milk, mix well, cover and let it hydrate for 10 minutes.
- Add sugar, butter or margarine and eggs in a separate bowl.
Stir well, add the condensed milk, the grated coconut and the hydrated tapioca little by little.
Keep mixing until you get a uniform and smooth dough.
- Pour the dough in a greased shape with oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 40 minutes.
- Carefully remove the tapioca cake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
Run a knife along the sides of the mold to make it easier to unmold and the recipe is ready to serve.
