You will fall in love with this green corn curau!

Ingredients

  • 6 ears of corn

  • 200 ml of whole milk

  • 200 ml of coconut milk

  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 100 grams of grated coconut (optional)

  • Cinnamon powder (optional)

Directions

  • Remove the corns from the cobs with a knife and transfer to the blender. 
    Add coconut milk, whole milk, butter, sugar, a pinch of salt and grated coconut (optional).
  • Beat the ingredients for 4 minutes, pass through a sieve into a pan. 
    Place over low heat and stir constantly until it forms a consistent, uniform and very yellow cream.
  • Transfer the cream to a greased shape with butter and leave it in the fridge for a few hours, until the dessert is very cold.
  • Finish by sprinkling cinnamon powder to taste (optional) over the dessert and the green corn curau is ready to eat.Green Corn Cream
