Green Corn Cream
You will fall in love with this green corn curau!
6 ears of corn
200 ml of whole milk
200 ml of coconut milk
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 tablespoon of butter
1 pinch of salt
100 grams of grated coconut (optional)
Cinnamon powder (optional)
- Remove the corns from the cobs with a knife and transfer to the blender.
Add coconut milk, whole milk, butter, sugar, a pinch of salt and grated coconut (optional).
- Beat the ingredients for 4 minutes, pass through a sieve into a pan.
Place over low heat and stir constantly until it forms a consistent, uniform and very yellow cream.
- Transfer the cream to a greased shape with butter and leave it in the fridge for a few hours, until the dessert is very cold.
- Finish by sprinkling cinnamon powder to taste (optional) over the dessert and the green corn curau is ready to eat.
