Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach

  • 1/2 cup kale (stems removed)

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/2 green apple, chopped

  • 1 cup coconut water (or regular water)

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Directions

  • Wash all the greens and fruits thoroughly.
  • Add spinach, kale, banana, pineapple, and apple into a blender.
  • Pour in the coconut water.
  • Add ice cubes and chia seeds (if using).
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust consistency with more liquid if needed.
