1 coffee spoon of smoked paprika

- Mashed potatoes
1.5 kilos of boiled potatoes
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
2 crushed garlic cloves
300 ml of whole milk
200 grams of catupiry or cream cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg

1 pinch of oregano

- Filling
- In a pan on the fire, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil or oil;
- Add 800 grams of ground beef (I used front);

- Add 4 minced garlic cloves;
- Mix and let it fry;
- Add 1 chopped tomato;
- Add salt to taste;
- Add black pepper;
- Add 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika;
- Mix;
- Add 1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of tomato sauce;
- Add 1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of chopped olives;
- Mix;
- Cover and let it cook for 5 minutes;
- Add green smell to taste;
- Mix;
- Mashed potatoes
- Squeeze 1.5 kilos of boiled potatoes;
- In a pan over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine;
- Let it melt;
- Add 2 crushed garlic cloves;
- Add the mashed potato;
- Add 300 ml of whole milk (slowly while mixing);
- Add 200 grams of catupiry or cream cheese;
- Mix well;
- Add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste;
- Mix;

- In a serving dish, add 1 layer of puree;
- Add 1 layer of ground beef;
- Repeat the steps, ending with a layer of puree;
- Add mozzarella cheese on top;
- Add oregano;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 20 minutes (until the cheese is browned);
