Guarantee a delicious snack with this fluffy homemade bread recipe that conquers everyone who tastes it!


  • 2 eggs

  • 30 ml of oil

  • 400 ml of water at room temperature

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 4 tablespoons of sugar

  • 10 grams of dry yeast

  • Wheat flour until it gives the dough point


  • Place the water, eggs, sugar, oil and salt in a blender. 
    Knead for 2 minutes and transfer the dough to another container. 
    Add the yeast and mix with a spoon or whisk to homogenize the dough.
  • Gradually add the wheat flour while mixing the ingredients until the dough is soft. 
    Pour the dough into a greased and sprinkled bread pan. 
    Smooth the surface, cover the dough with a cloth and set aside for an hour or until it doubles in size.
  • Bake the bread in the oven at 180º₢ (no need to preheat the oven to bake breads) for approximately 35 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
  • Wait for the bread to cool to room temperature. 
    Unmold by running a knife along the sides of the form to facilitate the process and the fluffy homemade bread is ready to be cut and served.
