500 ml of whole milk
1 box of sour cream (200 ml)
6 tablespoons of powdered chocolate
Directions
- Add whole milk, heavy cream and cocoa powder in a saucepan.
Bring to a low boil and stir constantly so it doesn’t boil. - Cook for approximately 20 minutes, until the mixture thickens.
Turn off the heat and serve the hot chocolate in cups or mugs of your choice afterwards.
