Housewife «Work Song» -Again and again I find artists unexpectedly through promo emails-including at Housewife, the project/band of the Canadian Brighid Fry, who ran into me for the first time with her new single. The music immediately spoke to me-it is a kind of Lofi-Indierock-Sound that goes in a pleasant in the ear.
GONG WAH – Smile (Can’t Wait to Live Another Day)» – This song of the Cologne band Gong Wah came just as surprisingly. Very chic indies sound with a catchy melody and a certain pinch of 80s. The new album “The Healing Volume” comes in February.
