This gelatin ice cream is super creamy and yields a lot!


  • 1 package (20 grams) strawberry gelatin powder (or other flavor)

  • 2 boxes of sour cream (400 grams in total)

  • 1 can of condensed milk (395 grams)

  • 200 ml of hot water


  • Combine the gelatin and hot water in a bowl, mix until completely dissolved and set aside.
  • Place the condensed milk, the cream and the dissolved gelatin in the blender. 
    Beat for at least 1 minute. 
    Transfer the mixture to a container, cover and leave in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
  • Take the chilled mixture to the mixer and beat on maximum speed for 4 minutes, until it doubles in volume. 
    Pour the mixture into a refractory and mix lightly with a spoon.
  • Recover the mixture and leave it in the freezer for at least another 5 to 6 hours, or until the dessert is set and the gelatin ice cream is ready.
