Versatile and delicious, this ice cream pudding is super easy to make and guarantees a successful dessert!
Ingredients
1 colorless gelatin
200 ml of milk
395 grams of condensed milk
400 grams of sour cream
1/2 tablespoon of sugar
Ganache (optional)
Directions
- Add the milk, cream and condensed milk to the blender and blend for 2 minutes.
Mix the gelatin with the sugar and 4 tablespoons of water, mix and let it hydrate for 10 minutes.
Microwave the hydrated gelatin for 30 seconds or heat in a water bath until completely dissolved. - Transfer the prepared gelatin to the blender and blend for another 2 minutes.
Pour the mixture into an oiled pan and leave it in the freezer for at least 3 to 4 hours. - Run a knife along the sides and in the middle of the pan to easily unmold the dessert onto a plate or platter.
Finish by pouring ganache to taste and optional over the ice cream pudding and the dessert is ready to eat.
