Everyone will disbelieve that making international shrimp just like Coco Bambu at home is possible!

Ingredients

  • 400 grams of clean shrimp

  • 200 grams of diced mozzarella

  • 200 grams of diced ham

  • 2 boxes of sour cream

  • 1 cup of cottage cheese (200 grams)

  • 1 can of peas

  • 1/2 lemon

  • salt to taste

  • straw potato to taste

  • Cooked rice to taste

  • green smell to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Sliced ​​or grated mozzarella to taste

  • Butter or oil for cooking the prawns

Directions

  • Season the cleaned shrimp with the juice of 1/2 lemon, black pepper and salt to taste. 
    Mix well and let marinate for 15 to 20 minutes. 
    After marinating the prawns, preheat a pan with butter or oil, add the prawns and sauté them quickly without stopping to stir.
  • Add the peas, cottage cheese and cream. 
    Cook a little more, mixing well, then add the ham and diced mozzarella. 
    Let it cook for another 1 or 2 minutes, stirring constantly. 
    Finally add the cooked rice, chopped green smell to taste and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a shape or roast, add sliced ​​or grated mozzarella to taste on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the top mozzarella cheese is browned.
  • Carefully remove the international shrimp from the oven, finish by placing potato straw on top to taste and the recipe can now be served.
