2 boxes of condensed milk
3 eggs
1+1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) sugar
1 cup (200 ml cup) whole milk
1/2 cup (200 ml cup) oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 pinch of salt
2 tea cups (200 ml cup) all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of powdered chemical yeast
Directions
- Grease a mold with plenty of margarine;
- Add 2 boxes of condensed milk;
- In a blender, add 3 eggs;
- Add 1+1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of sugar;
- Add 1 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of whole milk;
- Add 1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of oil;
- Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder;
- Add 1 pinch of salt;
- Beat well;
- Add 2 cups of tea (200 ml cup) of wheat flour little by little, while beating;
- Add 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder;
- Mix;
- Transfer to the form;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 50 minutes;
- Allow to cool a little (but not too much) and unmold;
- Your inverted churros cake is ready!
