Ingredients

  • margarine to grease

  • 2 boxes of condensed milk

  • 3 eggs

  • 1+1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) sugar

  • 1 cup (200 ml cup) whole milk

  • 1/2 cup (200 ml cup) oil

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 2 tea cups (200 ml cup) all-purpose flour

  • 1 tablespoon of powdered chemical yeast

Directions

  • Grease a mold with plenty of margarine;
  • Add 2 boxes of condensed milk;
  • In a blender, add 3 eggs;
  • Add 1+1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of sugar;
  • Add 1 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of whole milk;
  • Add 1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of oil;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder;
  • Add 1 pinch of salt;
  • Beat well;
  • Add 2 cups of tea (200 ml cup) of wheat flour little by little, while beating;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder;
  • Mix;
  • Transfer to the form;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 50 minutes;
  • Allow to cool a little (but not too much) and unmold;
